Where we are, before anything else

RoamRide is starting out. We will not promise you thousands of travellers, because you would check in thirty seconds and we would have lost your trust on the first sentence. What we can show is what is built: a partner area that runs a real calendar, tickets, automatic payouts, and launch terms we discuss case by case. If you are looking for immediate volume, it is not here yet. If you want a say in what a platform becomes while it is being built, this is the moment.

What you keep

More bookings, less admin

Every part of this exists for a reason, and most of them answer what operators hold against platforms rather than what platforms like to advertise.

The traveller stays yours

Their name, their booking, and a conversation with them before and after the departure. No masked contact, no intermediary to tell them where to park or that they forgot their shoes.

Your calendar, including what you sell elsewhere

Seats sold at the desk, over the phone or to a group by invoice reduce online availability without pretending to be bookings. You never sell the same seat twice, and your occupancy figure stays honest.

The meeting point, taken seriously

Address, coordinates, and a reporting time distinct from the departure time — printed on the ticket. Change it and upcoming travellers get a reissued ticket and a message. It is the sector's first cause of no-shows.

A listing that keeps selling

Your edits are reviewed before publication, but the approved version stays live while they are. Correcting a description never costs you a day offline.

What we provide

What you will not build yourself

Not a website, not five translations, not a compliant checkout. That is what you come here for, and it has to work without your thinking about it.

Five languages, nothing to write

Your listing is translated into French, English, German, Spanish and Italian. You describe your activity once.

Pages that find you

Every city and every category has its page, built for the searches travellers make before they arrive.

The ticket and the check-in

A ticket with a scannable code, your meeting point and your reporting time. You check people in from your phone.

Payment and its compliance

Card payment, refunds, chargebacks, the traveller's invoice and a monthly statement for your accountant.

How it works

Live in four steps

  1. 01

    You introduce yourself

Company name, registration number, what you offer. We answer within 48 working hours — a commitment, not an observed average.

  2. 02

    You publish your activity

Photos, options, prices, meeting point. We review it before it first goes live.

  3. 03

    You open your dates

Departures, times, seats. Including the ones you hold back for your own direct sales.

  4. 04

    You get paid

Automatic transfer after the departure, with every booking itemised and a monthly statement.

What it costs

You only pay on bookings you were paid for

No subscription, no listing fee, no per-activity cost. One commission taken on each paid booking, and nothing else.

12% above volumeFrom 500 paid bookings over a rolling twelve months, your rate moves to the volume tier. We tell you — you have nothing to ask for.

The rate is negotiable: it is attached to your account, not to a single grid. Volume, exclusivity or a launch period — tell us what matters to you.

What we ask for

We check every operator before publication. That is not a formality: it is what lets a traveller book with someone they do not know, and so it protects serious partners too.

  • A registered company, with its registration number.
  • The licences, permits and insurance required for the activity you offer.
  • An accurate description: what is included, what is not, and the fitness level genuinely required.
  • Availability kept up to date, and accepted bookings honoured.

Your questions

You already resell activities from a distributor. Why join you?

Because it is not the same thing. The catalogue we resell is completed elsewhere: we earn a referral, you never hear of us, and the traveller belongs to nobody. An activity listed directly with us is booked and paid for here — you keep the customer, we keep a commission, and we both have an interest in the departure going well. We will be plain about it: the resold catalogue exists because an empty site cannot be found. Direct partners are the business.

Whose customer is it, yours or mine?

The traveller books with you, through us. You have their name, their booking and a way to message them. We take payment on your behalf and answer for the platform; you answer for the activity. On a dispute about the departure itself you decide — we step in if it does not settle.

When exactly am I paid?

By bank transfer, after the departure date, on the delay shown in your partner area. Every payout itemises the bookings it covers, the commission withheld and the net. A monthly statement sums it up for your accounts.

What if I have to cancel a departure?

You cancel from your partner area, travellers are notified and refunded in full. We take nothing on an activity that did not happen. Repeated cancellations, on the other hand, we will want to talk to you about: nothing damages traveller trust faster.

A traveller does not turn up. Am I paid?

Yes, according to the cancellation policy you set on your listing. A late no-show is usually still owed. You record the absence from your departure screen, which documents it if the traveller disputes the charge.

Do I have to give you exclusivity?

No. Sell wherever you like, including at your own desk. The calendar exists precisely to hold seats sold off-platform, so that you never sell the same seat twice.
