Selling travel services in France requires entry on the register of travel operators held by Atout France, a financial guarantee and professional liability insurance. CARTHANET currently sells no travel services: it is not subject to these obligations, is not registered and holds no financial guarantee. All three will be published here before the first sale concluded on roamride.fr.

As long as the activities shown here are sold by Viator, no money passes through us: you pay the seller, and it is their guarantee that covers your money. Once a booking is concluded on roamride.fr, we will collect on the operator's behalf — and the three items above will become mandatory. They will be published before that first sale, not after.

The RoamRide name, the domain, the design, the text and the code of the site are protected. Photographs and descriptions of activities belong to the operators who publish them. The conditions of use are set out in our terms and conditions.

The site hosts content published by its users: activity descriptions, photographs, reviews and messages. If any of it seems unlawful to you, report it and we will look at it.

We acknowledge receipt within 48 working hours and remove manifestly unlawful content without delay. An abusive or manifestly unfounded report engages the responsibility of the person making it.

CARTHANET sells no services on this site and has therefore not appointed a consumer ombudsman: article L. 612-1 of the French consumer code covers disputes arising from a contract of sale or of services entered into with a professional. A dispute about an activity booked with our partner Viator should be taken directly to Viator, which is the seller, under Viator's own terms. The European online dispute resolution platform remains available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
