On this tour, participants will explore the evolution of Pintxo cuisine, sampling a range of dishes from classic to avant-garde. A local guide will lead the group, which is limited to a maximum of 9 people for a more intimate experience. Reserved seating will be provided at all locations to ensure comfort. A market tasting is included, but note that the market is closed on Saturday noon, Sunday, and Monday evening; in these cases, two additional Pintxos will be offered instead. The tour also includes a visit to the Old Town, where participants can discover great spots for later visits or shopping. An extra Foodie's Guide will be provided to help continue the culinary experience independently in the following days.
1-Market Bites: We will visit the local Bretxa market and taste a corn-fed Iberian ham, top chorizo, local cheese, olives, oil and the famous "gilda". Market is closed Saturday/Monday afternoon, Sunday and holidays. We change the plan a little bit then.
Get to know one of the most beautiful squares and be amazed by the history reflected in the architecture and the numbers drawn on the balconies.
