A short classical music recital takes place inside the cave, and there is an option for a 2-minute boat ride on Lake Martel. The site includes a recreation area with a bar-cafeteria, services, a souvenir shop, and a picnic area. The tour also features a 20-minute stop at the Perlas Majorica factory-store to explore local craftsmanship.
Collections are made in the southern part of the island. It is important to let us know your place of accommodation so we can assign you the closest pick-up point. Upon return, we will return you to the same collection point.
Discover a spectacular underground world, the Cuevas del Drach, one of the greatest natural heritage sites in Mallorca. There are four natural beauties called Cueva Negra, Cueva Blanca, Cueva de Luís Salvador and Cueva de los Franceses, illuminated by the "wizard of light", the Catalan engineer Carles Buïgas. All connected to each other, they reach 25 meters deep, 2.4 kilometers in length and house one of the largest underground lakes in the world, Lake Martel. You will attend a brief classical music recital inside, and if you wish you can cross the lake on a 2-minute boat ride and appreciate the geological formations of the cave up close. There is also a recreation area with a bar-cafeteria, services, a souvenir shop and a picnic area.
Before returning to our summer areas and if we have time, we make a stop for about 20 minutes to visit the Perlas Majórica factory-store.
