About this experience

Experience a small-group day trip from Paris to Champagne, accommodating a maximum of 7 people. This tour includes hotel pick-up and visits to the Moet et Chandon cellars with tastings conducted by the Champagne house staff. Additionally, there is a self-guided visit to the Pressoria Museum, where guests can enjoy 2 glasses of Champagne while learning about the production and history of Champagne. Three options are available: BASIC, MOST POPULAR, and ADVANCED, detailed in the itinerary. Restaurant reservations can be made as part of the trip. Note that while an experienced chauffeur will ensure timely transportation and provide entrance tickets, he will not serve as a guide. Keep in mind that Moet et Chandon may not always be available for the BASIC Option 'L’Imperial'; alternative options or other Grand Champagne houses will be offered in such cases, with changes requiring confirmation from travelers.

Paris

07:30 Hotel Pick up and departure destination Champagne region. The ride takes about 2 hours (140 km) and one part of it goes along the picturesque Champagne landscapes and vineyards. One stop at a rest area will be made.

Moet Et Chandon

11:00 - 12:30 Arrival in Epernay. By Moet et Chandon we offer You three Experiences of different level including the underground cellars visit and tasting of 2 glasses of Champagne. BASIC: Experience "L"Imperial" Up to 19 people, 1,5 hours. Guided Cellars visit with tastings of 2 glasses of Champagne: Moët Impérial and Rosé Impérial. MOST POPULAR: Experience "SIGNATURE" Up to 15 people, 1,5 hours. Guided Cellars visit with 2 glasses of Champagne: Moët Imperial et Grand Vintage. ADVANCED: "Grand Vintage" Experience, up to 10 people, 1,5 hours, Guided Cellars visit with 2 glasses of Champagne tasting: MOËT Grand Vintage Blanc, MOËT Grand Vintage Rose Moet et Chandon is the world's biggest Champagne producer. Every second one bottle of Moet et Chandon Champagne is being opened.

Epernay

12:30 - 14:00 Lunch break in Épernay. We can make a good local restaurant reservation or You can spend time of Your own. Épernay is known as the Champagne Capital of France. Located along the Marne river surrounded by the wine hills it is home of many region’s most prestigious champagne houses. Épernay is a must for champagne lovers. Walk the Avenue of Champagne attracts many tourists. 14:00 Departure to the Pressoria Museum in Ay village. It takes just 10 minutes (4 km).

Ay-Champagne

14:15 - 15:15 Pressoria Museum self-guided visit. You will learn the History of the Champagne region and the Method of Champagne production including tasting of 2 glasses of Champagne. 15:15 Departure to Paris. It takes about 2,5 hours depending on traffic (135 km).
