About this experience

Participants will walk from Bellecour Square to a wine-tasting room in Vieux Lyon, exploring one traboule along the way. The experience includes tasting four wines paired with four local cheeses, covering various cheese families such as goat, cow, and sheep, as well as traditional production methods and key cheese-making regions near Lyon. A break will feature Lyon-style charcuterie accompanied by a fruity Beaujolais red wine, aimed at preparing guests for the chocolate and wine pairings. Finally, attendees will taste four selected chocolates from renowned chocolatiers, each paired with a red wine from the Lyon region or southern France.
