We will spend the first part of the tour in the Carrara mountains, taking a few stops in front of different marble quarries, where you’ll learn everything about the history and methods of the excavation processes and understand how the experts transform a rock into a beautiful artwork or piece of furniture.

Cava Museo Fantiscritti

We will then make our way into the Marble Museum where you'll be able to see and touch with your own hands both the old and the new machineries local people have been used to excavate our precious marble
