Ticket pickup is required at the office from Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 4 PM, and on weekends from 1 PM to 4 PM. Tickets can be collected the day before or the same day as your reservation.

  • Train and entrance tickets must be collected from the Magic Ways office before 10am on the day of the tour. Only entrance parc(s)will be available for download starting at 12:00 PM (noon) on the day before your excursion
