Among some of the local meat delicacies you will find Frankfurt-style German sausages, such as Frankfurter Würstchen (short Frankfurter) and Frankfurter Rindswurst (pure beef sausage). You will also enjoy a local soup like a traditional Goulash, and the delicious eggs in the Frankfurt-style green sauce.
