You will start your culinary adventure in Plaza de Santa Ana, right in the heart of the city with its luxurious buildings such as the Teatro Español - the most ancient theatre in the Spanish capital - and the Reina Victoria Hotel, where bullfighter used to stay during corridas. Here you will also see the stautes of famous Spanish figures, like the dramatist Pedro Calderón de la Barca or the poet Federico Federico García Lorca.
