Participants will begin the experience in the cellar with a wine tasting, accompanied by an explanatory video detailing the development of Alsace wines. Following this, there will be a visit to the family cellar, established in 1850, where guests can view the century-old oak barrels still in use for vinification. The tour includes a unique scenographic space featuring immersive 180° video projections on the oak barrels, depicting the host's personal story and work philosophy rather than traditional vineyard narratives. The experience concludes in the dining bar area, where a mixed plate of cheeses, fish, and cold cuts is available to share, with a vegetarian option upon prior request. This tour is suitable for wine enthusiasts and those interested in local culture; it may not suit those with dietary restrictions beyond vegetarian options.
The tasting begins in the cellar. This is followed by a video explaining how Alsace wines are made (suitable for children). Then we'll visit the cellar, with its wooden barrels over a hundred years old, and you'll discover our family history through a scenographic area with an immersive 180° video projected onto the barrels: unique in France... We'll finish the tasting in the wine area, where you can enjoy a meal with a board (soup, board and dessert) and discover our world, where wine and tourism go hand in hand. The experience is available in French or English depending on the time slot: please check the language options before booking!
