Participants will learn to make fresh pasta, including ravioli, tortelli, and pappardelle. The class involves preparing three types of pasta while a chef prepares complementary sauces such as butter and sage, arrabbiata, and traditional Tuscan ragù. All necessary equipment is provided, and at the end of the class, participants will eat the dishes they have made. Unlimited Tuscan wine is available during the experience. The cooking school is situated in a medieval tower from the 1200s, near Brunelleschi's Dome, and has historical significance related to Dante Alighieri's family.
