Bavarian Pretzel Workshop and Beer Tasting in Munich

About this experience

In this workshop in Munich, participants will craft traditional Bavarian pretzels from scratch. The process includes mixing, kneading, and shaping the dough, followed by a lye dip to achieve the signature dark crust. While the pretzels bake, attendees will prepare an obazda cheese spread and kaiserschmarrn, a shredded pancake. The meal is then enjoyed together with a tasting of Bavarian beer. The workshop is led by a French expat with a passion for baking and suits small groups or private events. It takes place in a cozy cooking studio. No prior baking experience is required.
