
This private excursion from San Sebastian takes you along Gipuzcoa’s western coast for a full day of exploring. You will start in Zarautz, known for its long beach and seafront promenade. The tour continues to Getaria, the birthplace of Cristobal Balenciaga, where you can see the harbor, Main Street, and enjoy local cuisine paired with txakoli. The final stop is Zumaia, where you will visit Itzurun Beach and the unique flysch cliffs, as well as the Hermitage of San Telmo for scenic views. At the beginning of the tour, we pass through Orio, a well-known village famous for its rowing team, one of the best in the region. On competition days, locals show their support by hanging yellow flags from the balconies. We may also spot pilgrims walking the Camino de Santiago, as our route follows part of their journey.
