About this experience

This tour begins at the Cologne Cathedral and takes you to five of the city's Christmas markets. Participants will sample four dishes of traditional German Christmas market food and enjoy two or three Glühweins, depending on personal preference. Keep the cups from each market as a memento of the experience. Traditional foods include Stockbrot, Schupfnudeln, and smoked salmon. The markets visited include Market am Dom, the Market of the Elves, and the Angel Market. There is a choice between a morning or afternoon tour, with the note that afternoons and weekends may be busier.

Visit the oldest Christmas market in Cologne, and one of the oldest in the world. Enjoy delicious traditional food, soak up the festive atmosphere, and taste some of the best mulled wine the city has to offer.
