Travel from Málaga in a small group of up to 8 people to the countryside of Mollina. The tour begins with a walk through certified organic fields, featuring centuries-old olive trees, historic vines, almond trees, and working beehives. A guide will provide insights into how the region's wines and oils are influenced by altitude, soil, and climate. Visit Sociedad Cooperativa Virgen de la Oliva, a local producer, where you will explore the olive mill and bottling areas, and learn about traditional cement-tank production. When possible, taste wine directly from a cement tank. The experience concludes with a tasting of 5 local wines and 3 organic olive oils, paired with an individual tapas tray and shared Spanish tortilla. Round-trip transport from central Málaga is included. The tour is conducted in English and is designed for a small group to ensure a relaxed atmosphere.
