- Despite guaranteed summit access, it may still close due to harsh weather, strong winds, or security concerns. If the summit is closed, guests will receive a partial refund.
- There are no storage lockers to keep strollers or any other item you choose to bring, it’s your responsibility to bring it up to the Eiffel Tower. Large suitcases aren’t allowed to get in.
- Please ensure that all infants and children are included in the total headcount when making your reservation, as they are counted as part of the group for entry.
- Tickets cannot be sent to guests in advance or after the start of the tour. All participants must arrive at the designated meeting point and be accompanied by the guide to enter the Eiffel Tower. Please note that latecomers will not be eligible for a refund if they miss the tour.
- Please do not go directly to the Tower. Meet our guide at the designated meeting point. The guide will have your tickets, and you will enter the Eiffel Tower together for a smooth and organized start to your guided tour.
