Travel from Rome to the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum by high-speed train. This experience includes a 2-hour walking tour of Pompeii, where you will explore the remains of a city that was home to a diverse population including wealthy elites and artisans. After the tour, enjoy a meal at a local pizzeria. Following lunch, a brief transfer will take you to Herculaneum, a smaller site known for its well-preserved structures and frescoes. An expert guide will lead you through this ancient coastal city. At the end of the tour, you will transfer back to Naples Station for your return train to Rome.
