  • *In the event that you need to cancel your tour, you will have a 100% penalty per person.
  • It is prohibited to enter with backpacks or bags larger than 40x40 cm. A free left-luggage service is made available to visitors upon presentation of the official ticket for the day. The visitor has two points where this service is offered: Access Pavilion. Building next to the Puerta del Vino. However, due to the limitation of units, these services can only be provided until existing availability is exhausted.
  • Important information: It is mandatory to present the original ID, passport or identity card indicated on the reservation. In case of non-presentation, access to the monument may be denied and no refund will be made.
