Chateau Franc Mayne
A Saint Emilion Grand Cru Classé, Château Franc Mayne is 1 km from the village of Saint Emilion, which can be reached by the paths through the vineyards. Set back from the road under the shelter of two majestic cedars, it offers a panoramic view over seven hectares of vines that are tended with the greatest possible respect for the environment. Château Franc Mayne benefits from an exceptional diversity of terroirs. Given fresh impetus by the new owner and new director, the château’s team makes every effort to produce a wine that subtly expresses this diversity and reveals all of its character.

Saint-Emilion
A restaurant, a vineyard bistro, in the village and surrounded by vines, le Chai Pascal is located in the heart of the village of Saint-Émilion. We offer homemade dishes crafted by the chef Mickaël, along with a fine selection of wines from here and beyond.

Chateau de La Dauphine
A former fiefdom, Charlemagne built a fortress here; the hills are perfectly sculpted to accommodate the most noble grape varieties. Strong relationships between Château de La Dauphine and Versailles Palace due to shared history Château de La Dauphine’s wines are particularly appreciated for their fresh, vigorous tannins, and their silky, creamy texture. The diverse soil types and their characteristics require meticulous care, with no room for approximations or easy choices. Chateau Fonplegade
At Château Fonplégade, they are proud to be one of the pioneers of biodynamic viticulture on Bordeaux's legendary Right Bank. They received the organic farming certification in 2013, after a rigorous three-year evaluation process, and the result inspired them to seek biodynamic certification obtained in 2020.
