They have become the watchword and signal of the city. Other example of this local architecture are the Skyscrapers of San Martin, the first ten-floor buildings of the world Inside the emblematic Hanging Houses we will find one of the most significant artistic exhibitions from the middle 20th century: The Museum of Abstract Art. This museum showcases hundreds of pictures and sculptures from the abstract generation of the fifties and the sixties, which continues, in a certain way, the innovative ideas of Picasso, Miró and Gris. One can enjoy Art works made by Canogar, Chillida, Feito, Millares, Oteiza, Tapies, Torner and Zóbel.
