About this experience
Experience a private day in Piedmont's wine country with a certified wine educator. The day starts at 9:00 with coffee at the Turin wine studio, followed by a drive to the UNESCO-listed Roero hills. Participants will walk among the vines to learn about the terroir and visit a cellar to understand local winemaking. A tasting of 5 wines, including Barolo, paired with local cheeses, cured meats, and focaccia, is included. The itinerary also includes a visit to Barolo village for another glass of Barolo and a trip to a winery in Barbaresco for a final tasting of 4 wines, including Barbaresco Riserva. The tour concludes back in Turin around 17:30. Options are available for a half-day (9:00–14:30) experience featuring a Roero winery, vineyard walk, Barolo town, and 6 wines, or a full-day (9:00–17:30) experience including Barbaresco and 10 wines. This is a private experience tailored for your group, with your guide providing transportation from Turin. Food is included, and the tour is primarily in English, with Italian, Chinese, and Russian available upon request. When booking, choose between half or full day.
