About this experience

Travel from Granada to Cordoba for a day trip. The tour includes transportation and a guide. Visit the Mosque-Cathedral, the Jewish quarter, and the historic synagogue. Free time is provided for meals and shopping in the area. This tour is suitable for individuals and small groups. Note that it may not be ideal for those with mobility issues due to the walking involved.

Itinerary

Plaza de Isabel La Catolica

Departure from the clients' hotel at 09:00 with an accompanying guide explaining the history of Al Andalus, the olive tree crops along the way, the economy, the customs and traditions of the region... during the 2-hour walk.

Mezquita Cathedral de Cordoba

Upon arriving in Córdoba, with the local guide, we begin a visit to the World Heritage Mosque and Cathedral (entrance included) for one hour.

La Juderia

After the visit to La Mezquita we will visit the Jewish quarter with its flowered patios, its Synagogue (The Synagogue is closed on Mondays) and its statues of Muslim and Jewish figures that have marked the intellectual Córdoba of the Middle Ages.

Triunfo de San Rafael (Puerta del Puente)

After visiting the mosque and the Jewish quarter, you are given two hours of self-guided time for food and shopping before beginning the trip back to Granada.

Plaza de Isabel La Catolica

Around 3:00 p.m. we begin the trip back to Granada, which will last about two hours. Upon arriving in Granada, we will drop off the clients at their hotel from where we picked them up in the morning.
