About this experience
Participants will explore the only coffee plantation in Europe, located further north than any other. The tour includes a visit to the farmhouse, which is over 300 years old, and an opportunity to see more than 30 varieties of exotic fruit trees, such as red banana, dragon fruit, and chocolate-flavored black sapote. This experience is suitable for those interested in agriculture and unique plants. It may not suit individuals looking for traditional tourist activities. Private open air tour through the only coffee plantation in Europe and up to 30 types of tropical fruits. We will see avocados, mangoes, custard apples, lychees, red bananas, macadamias, pitayas and many more exotic trees. With a bit of luck we will be able to observe wild animals such as chameleons, eagles, partridges, owls, wild goats and wild boars. As a culmination we will be able to visit the most northern coffee plantation in the world and the only one in Europe. During the walk we will share our sustainable agricultural practices, biological balance and the closing of the circle of water and matter. There is a steep slope so it is recommended to avoid the hottest hours of the day, to bring comfortable and closed shoes and to hydrate properly. If you have any allergies to plants or pollen, we recommend that you consult us beforehand.
