About this experience
This private rickshaw tour is tailored for Cruise Ship guests arriving by train at Warnemünde or Rostock. The tour begins at the Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) or your designated meeting point, providing a quick and efficient way to see Berlin's key highlights before your return train. The experience is designed for those with limited time, ensuring you can enjoy the major sights without the fatigue of walking or the hassle of public transport. The rickshaws are comfortable, equipped with cozy blankets, and suitable for guests with limited mobility, allowing you to get close to the monuments. For groups of 3 to 6 people, a fleet of 2 to 3 rickshaws will be coordinated to keep everyone together. Each rickshaw accommodates up to 2 people, with 1 rickshaw for 1-2 persons, 2 rickshaws for 3-4 persons, and 3 rickshaws for 5-6 persons.

You can capture the Berlin Cathedral, the unfinished reconstruction of the City Palace, the Old Museum, the Old National Gallery, the Pergamon Museum, and the Bode Museum.

Gendarmenmarkt
Shortly after, we arrive at the spectacular Gendarmenmarkt, where you find the former Royal Concert Hall flanked by the German Dom on its south side and the French Dôm on its north side. The square is one of the most beautiful in Europe today!

Checkpoint Charlie
The next stop of our tour is Checkpoint Charly: one of the most famous border crossings of the Berlin Wall, which almost ended up as the starting point of a third world war.

Topography of Terror
Along the former border strip, you will see original parts of the Berlin Wall and the site of the "Topography of Terror," one of the most frequently visited documentation centres on the period of National Socialism, the former site of the Headquarters of the SS and Gestapo. Right next to it, you find Martin-Gropius-Bau, where exhibitions of the well-known Chinese artist Ai Weiwei and the international exhibition David Bowie have taken place, amongst others. In its front, the Prussian Parlement.

Potsdamer Platz
The square of Potsdamer Place has been Europe's largest construction site ever since. It is an ensemble of skyscrapers and futuristic buildings, including the Sony Center.

The Holocaust Memorial - Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe
Following the border strip, we reach the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe, also known as the Holocaust Memorial, which opened in 2005, commemorating the murder of more than 6 million Jews during National Socialism.

Afterwards, the tour will take you to one of the most famous landmarks in Berlin: the Brandenburg Gate.
