This experience takes place at the Coali winery in Valpolicella Classica and lasts for two hours. Participants will embark on a guided tour of the vineyard, featuring grape varieties such as Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella, while learning about the local microclimate. The tour includes a visit to the cellar to explore the winemaking process for Ripasso and Amarone wines.
