The schedule begins with a 10:00 AM pick-up in Bologna, followed by a one-hour drive to Brisighella. Brisighella

We will visist the small medieval village of Brisighella, set at the foot of the three rocky peaks that dominate one of the most evocative landscapes of our Apennines, within the Natural Park of the Vein of Gypsum. We will arrive with the car on the top of the hills that dominate the landscape, and visit the Manfredian and Venetian Fortress, a powerful example of medieval military art, and the crenellated Clock Tower. In the hamlet, placed on the list of the “Most Beautiful Villages of Italy”, we will walk in the characteristic “Donkeys Alley” and we will stroll the caracteristic shops and restaurants.

Guess what? in Italy you can have not only wine tasting but also...Olive Oil Tasting! We will taste the 3 varieties of Extravergin Olive Oil produced in Brisighella, recognised as some of the Best in the World.

Lunch and Relax at Selected Typical well-known Restaurant in which you can taste the delicacies of this part of the region such as: mora romagnola ragu (meat sauce made from the prized, slow-growing Mora Romagnola pig breed, native to this area) and much more.
