About this experience

This full-day tour takes you through the culinary and automotive heritage of Emilia-Romagna. You will be picked up in the morning from your location in Bologna or Modena in a minivan. The itinerary includes visits to local producers of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, where you will learn about their production processes and taste the products. A visit to the Ferrari Museum is included, along with the Lamborghini Museum, showcasing the history and innovations of these iconic supercar brands. A light lunch will be provided at an estate in the Modena hills. At the end of the day, transportation back to your original location is arranged.

Pick up from your place in Bologna or Modena. Please note, that pickup time will depend on the meeting point.

Modena

DAIRY FARM / We will start our tour with a guided visit at a cheese factory and learn how aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is produced. After the visit, you with proceed with a tasting of different ages of Organic Parmigiano Reggiano, Ricotta and Caciotta cheese, Balsamic Vinegar and Marmalade, a glass of local wine and water.

Automobili Lamborghini Museum

After, we proceed with a visit to the Lamborghini museum and explore the fascinating history and the first visionary creations of the genius of Ferruccio Lamborghini, such as the Miura and the Countach, followed by the more recent and exclusive super sports cars.

Province of Modena

BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA & LIGHT LUNCH / Then we will continue with a visit to an “Acetaia” and discover the production of the famous “black gold”, the precious traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena, which you will be able to taste at the end of your guided tour. After, we will have a light lunch, a food tasting (no main course), aimed at exploring gastronomic pairing of balsamic vinegar and various local food.

Museo Ferrari

After we proceed with a visit to the Ferrari Museum in Maranello with cars, images and trophies that have marked the history of the brand, and you will be able to experience the places where the most beautiful cars in the world are designed.

We will drive back to your place, where the experience ends.
