About this experience

This private day tour from Bologna includes visits to Modena's renowned culinary and automotive highlights. Participants will experience the production of Parmigiano Reggiano at a local caseificio, explore aging cellars, and partake in a guided tasting. The tour continues with a visit to a family-run acetaia to learn about balsamic vinegar and taste its unique flavors. The itinerary concludes at the Ferrari Museum in Maranello, showcasing the brand's engineering and luxury. The tour starts at 9 AM with pick-up from Bologna, followed by the Parmigiano experience at 10 AM, balsamic vinegar experience at 11 AM, and an optional Modenese lunch at 1 PM before heading to the Ferrari Museum at 3 PM. Participants return to Bologna by 5 PM. Note that lunch is optional.
