Meet your driver in Bologna and leave the city behind as you travel into the countryside of Emilia-Romagna, an area internationally known for both its gastronomic heritage and automotive excellence.

Visit a working dairy and discover the production process behind one of Italy's most famous cheeses. Follow the different stages of production, from fresh milk to the impressive aging room filled with wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano. The producer's team will explain the traditional techniques and strict rules that make this PDO cheese unique. The visit concludes with a tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano.

Province of Modena
Continue into the Modena countryside for a visit to a traditional acetaia. Discover how Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO is produced and why its aging process can take many years. See the wooden barrels where the vinegar slowly develops its characteristic flavors and aromas, followed by a tasting. A light lunch/food tasting featuring local specialties is also included. Please note that this is not a traditional full-course restaurant lunch.

Museo Ferrari
The final experience of the day takes you from Emilia-Romagna's Food Valley to its Motor Valley. Visit the Ferrari Museum in Maranello, where you can explore the exhibitions independently and discover iconic road cars, racing models, trophies, and stories from Ferrari's history. This is a self-guided museum visit; no private guide is included inside the museum.
